Pipe Band's deserved upgrade

Congratulations to Lochmaben Royal Burgh Pipe Band on their successful 2014 season, culminating in being upgraded to Grade 3B.

Local author, Isabelle Gow, has written a book on WW 1 heroes who came from Lochmaben Parish and died on the battlefield.
