Lochmaben Centre logoThe winter opening times of the Lochmaben Centre are:
Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 9 pm
Friday: 2 pm to 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 1 pm

The Better 4 Walking Project meets at 10 am on Fridays the group take a gentle walk lasting 30–40 minutes for anyone interested in becoming fitter.
These sessions are free and will be run on a weekly basis. There is no need to book—just turn up!

Full programme of indoor sporting and leisure activities. Aerobics, yoga, judo, circuit training, soft play for pre-school, children's party facilities in a party zone. Also wide variety of community activities such as Senior Citizens Christmas Party, bowling, football, badminton, concerts and even a wedding reception.

15.15-18.00    SFA Football for primary aged children (termtime)

6.15-7.45pm   Circuit Training

15.30-19.00    Gymnastics and Trampolining coaching(termtime)

Wednesdays

09.30-10.30   Easiobics

18.00-19.00     Total Body Combat

20.00-21.00    Pilates

Thursdays

13.30-14.30   Pilates

19.30-20.30 Bums,Legs & Tums

Fridays

10.00-12.00  Better4walking

Saturdays

10.00-1100 Taekwando Tiger Cubs (3-5 Year old)

11.00-12.00   Taekwando (6 Years to Adults)

These classes are taken by qualified instructors.

Teenagers can take part in the Adult Fitness classes at concession rate.

Small Fitness Suite has programmes which can be tailored to your needs
